They told me to be consistent with the use of the product, because the end result will be promising. I was too excited to use my new device purchase it once, after I saved money to afford one. now I'm about three weeks of the trail and I can happily say I am enjoying the overall experience, but I agree with others that you have to be continuous with the use. I could start to reduce the use of use it once a day at night instead of twice, because I noticed my skin becomes dry.
