just got mine today and was excited to start using it. got everything out and ready to load but when I plug it in, the LED lights up twice as if it loads and then it shuts off. won't charge at all. I tried 3 different outlets and it does the same thing. any ideas on how to make it pay? Update *** I contacted the company and was sent a replacement. they sent me a new facial brush that arrived yesterday. I had problems with the new charger and I am very happy with my purchase.
